comfy cozy...

so i'm loving the recent cooler weather thats been around this week. i loved this past summer, but honestly i'm done with the hot heat, and i can't wait to curl up in lots of layers with a nice warm drink! i just bought a super cozy sweater/cardigan last night, and can't wait to wear it in the nice cool weather. and now for some cozy window shopping, don't these all look great for layering this fall? all from Anthro.

so i've had some ideas for some new projects running through my head this week. i've been thinking a lot about other objects and shapes to create with my printed fabric, and i'm thinking that i need this new book from the workroom...

more summer clothes...

so i have a slightly new obsession with clothes right now, i mean i've always been interested in designing clothes, but at the moment i have whole new interest in it. i just love seeing the different forms, techniques and fabrics designers use in their work. and clothing is an area that i haven't gone into yet with my fabric and textile designs, but i think that this is a new place that im headed into. i really want to explore my fabric on the body next year.
so today i came across this designer, Jillian Lanier of Thrillian Designs on Etsy, and just love the rompers! i really don't think that i'd want to wear a romper/don't think that i could really pull it off, but these are really cute!! especially the one with the patterned top!
