getting ready for fall...

so like i said i've been enjoying the cooler weather lately, though i heard its gonna get warm here again this week. so a few days ago i got my knitting needles and some balls of pretty yarn i've been saving out, and started a new pair of mittens for this fall. i'm really loving the way they are coming along, and they are so nice and soft!

    i thought that they would be really hard, but their not that bad! you mostly just have to learn how to knit in the round :)

    Ooh, this really makes me want to bust out my own knitting. Perhaps I'll finish the mitts I started last year. Really all they need is thumbs!!!
