new embroidery work...

i've been working on some new embroidery work for my upcoming shows. i love the texture in these pieces, and the way the stitches play on top of the print.

i printing more scarves in the studio today. i did a few more purple and then moved on to blues. i'm really loving all of the colours right now. the dyes came out more saturated than some of the other dye batches i've done before, and i'm using a new brand of pigment (what i print the pattern with), and i'm really liking it.
