sendin away some scarf orders!

so i've been putting together two scarf orders tonight! and i'm pretty excited. one is going to a cute little shop in my neighbourhood, and the other one is off to White Elephant in Hamilton! I'm pretty excited to have my line carried in both of these lovely shops!

long lost studio time...

my life has been a little crazy lately, and i'm missing my studio! i really want some quality time in there. only a few more days...

virginia johnson fall 2011...

i was so excited when i saw the final lookbook the other day for Virginia Johnson's fall 2011 collection, cause i helped with it! i didn't do too much :) but i was a part of the product shoot, where we took photos of all of the pieces of the collection at a few different angles and such for all of the promo work. and it was so fun. defiantly one of the best parts of my internship there. and then they did another photo shoot day, where they photographed the lovely Steph (who works for Virginia) in some of the pieces. and i think that it all turned out great!

i'm slightly obsessed with homemade guacamole right now! i made some this afternoon for lunch, and its delish! we have a ton of tomatoes from the garden right now, and i love mixing them into almost anything. so yummy.

getting ready for fall...

so like i said i've been enjoying the cooler weather lately, though i heard its gonna get warm here again this week. so a few days ago i got my knitting needles and some balls of pretty yarn i've been saving out, and started a new pair of mittens for this fall. i'm really loving the way they are coming along, and they are so nice and soft!

comfy cozy...

so i'm loving the recent cooler weather thats been around this week. i loved this past summer, but honestly i'm done with the hot heat, and i can't wait to curl up in lots of layers with a nice warm drink! i just bought a super cozy sweater/cardigan last night, and can't wait to wear it in the nice cool weather. and now for some cozy window shopping, don't these all look great for layering this fall? all from Anthro.

i fell on the bandwagon...

so i finally got an iPhone. which is quite exciting for me, i've wanted one for a few years now. and i love everything that it does. its so nice having one little gadget that does everything.
i have a cute little blue case for it, but all of these are pretty nice too! i feel like i'm gonna be buying it new little outfits often!
