published!

so i just received a copy of a magazine i was featured in, and i'm pretty excited about it! i had seen the article online a few weeks ago, but its always so much better to see the print copy. it is an article about 8 emerging artists in my home town. if you want, you can check it out here .

art in the village...

i had another show this past weekend, Art in the Village. it was another nice day in the park, almost rained all day, but didn't! and my set up went even better this time, i'm getting slightly more organized and prepared. i added some new items that i brought out with me, some more tote bags and tee shirts, as well as some camera drawings. it was really nice talking to everyone that came by my booth! i'm really loving the summer craft fair circuit, and i can't wait till my big show next month!!

some lovely textile artists...

so yesterday i went to the One of A Kind show in Toronto. i've been to this show quite a few times before, and yesterday we went to check it out with one of our classes for an assignment. i saw a few really interesting booths and some lovely work by some really great local textile artists.
